Enquiry/Project Management
The enquiry management module of Evolutive enables the logging, tracking and analysis
of enquiries and projects.
All types of projects and enquires can be handled, including:
Land and property enquiries, financial assistance applications, training programme
initiatives and searches for companies which may provide complementary services
or specific goods.
Example fields for the capture of enquirer information:
- Type of enquiry (for example, finance, property etc.)
- Date
- Reason
- Source
- Status (for example; active, closed, complete, success, prime enquiry etc.)
- Sector and function
- Market
- Type of business, e.g., knowledge based
- Country of origin
- Involvement of other organisations, e.g. UKTI, sub regions etc.
- Contact/Account Manager/Rep/Project Manager
- Planned/Actual jobs
- Requirement details (including property type, size, locality)
- Investment
- Categories
- Financial assistance
Each enquiry has its own history page where a full record of past and future tasks
can be recorded. Analysis and reporting (on any data fields) can be performed directly
from the enquiry centre.
Additional functionality includes:
- Automatic download of web-based enquiries into Evolutive.
- Automated emailing of appropriate new properties to web enquirers.
