Evolutive's unique Land and Property module is the complete solution for storing
commercial land and property records.
In addition to the capture of standard information, user-configurable fields can
be created, searched on and cross-referenced.
Searching the database is quick and easy on any field and property and land records
are easily cross-referenced to enquiries.
Property information is recorded by geographical location, and includes:
- BS7666 Compliant addressing - with unique property ref. number (UPRN)
- Unlimited photographs, plans and location
- Tenure Information
- Historical leases and status history
- Full progress history to monitor availability and interest
- Facility to apply multiple categories to record quality, age and locality etc.
- Integration with digital mapping facilities
- Size, unit types, eaves height, northings/eastings and car parking
- Agent contact details
Properties are stored on a two tier area and district level. The number of areas/districts
available is unlimited.
Evolutive records the full status history of a property including occupiers and
lease/sale dates which can be analysed and reported against. Turnover rate is just
one example of the types of report that can be generated from this data.
Property brochures and registers can be produced.
Commercial property agents may update Evolutive direct, subject to appropriate controls.
